Terms of Service

By accessing or using the GoMailVibe service (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GoMailVibe provides a promotional email sending platform: campaign templates, scheduled broadcasts, subject A/B variants, link tracking, suppression handling, and delivery reporting. Features and limits may change with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the registration information you provide
• Maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited or harvested-list email
• Send content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
• Send phishing, malware, or attempts to deceive recipients
• Bypass our rate limits, abuse filters, or suppression lists
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence depending on your selection. Usage above plan limits is billed at the rate disclosed in your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the templates, campaigns, and recipient data you bring to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service.

The Service, including its software, templates, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as expressly permitted.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, become inactive for an extended period, or fail to pay. We will provide a reasonable export window where possible.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Email delivery depends on third parties beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
